The little children in the community learning centre of Bright Destiny Academy, Gulu district in northern Uganda have been studying under incomplete and temporary built structures since its inception in 2007? During windy, stormy or rainy seasons lessons are frequently interrupted as children are forced to stand in one corner of the classroom until when the whole situation clears. On several occasions the children have been dispersed home before time in fear of bad weather.

Basing on the above mentioned realities, we are in a move to raise a maximum of $6000 to be able to build a simple and decent classroom for children who since childbirth have known nothing better than war and poverty.

Any of your financial donations no matter how small is appreciated. Your fund will be used strictly to buy bricks, cement, aggregates, roofing nails, timbers and iron sheets among other building materials.
